Who operates the product
This policy describes data handling by CheckATS, the resume service offered under soulboytools. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, email [email protected] from your account email. We may ask you to verify ownership before handling a request.
Resume processing and storage
Local ATS checks, PDF text extraction, template previews and PDF generation run in your browser. The analyzer can retain your entered resume, job description and results in local storage; the studio keeps a draft and uploaded photo in browser session storage. These are not automatically published. Browser storage may remain on shared devices; clear site data when finished. If you choose Save to job, your resume content, job description, generated results and template settings are sent to our server and saved under your account. You can delete saved jobs in My account.
Optional AI features
When you request AI feedback or rewriting, resume text, job descriptions and relevant analysis data are sent over HTTPS through our Cloudflare backend to the configured AI providers: SiliconFlow and Cloudflare Workers AI for review, and DeepSeek for rewriting, with configured fallbacks. Providers process requests under their own terms and may process data outside your country. Generated responses can be cached server-side to support retry and billing consistency; the implementation clears responses older than one day when subsequent usage performs cleanup, rather than guaranteeing deletion at an exact time. Avoid including sensitive personal details that are unnecessary for the task.
Accounts, payments and service providers
Supabase handles account email, password authentication and session credentials. Resend delivers requested verification and service emails; if you use email delivery, the recipient and requested message or attachment are processed by the email service. Cloudflare hosts the site, API, saved jobs, credit ledger, order references and abuse prevention records. Creem processes checkout and billing details, payment method data and receipts under its privacy policy; CheckATS does not receive full card numbers or CVCs. Google Fonts may receive connection information when hosted fonts load.
Use, retention and your choices
We use data to provide requested features, authenticate accounts, fulfill payments, prevent abuse and respond to support. We do not sell resumes or use them for advertising. Feedback can include your message, optional contact information, page and IP address for support and abuse prevention. Saved jobs remain until deleted; account, usage and transaction records are kept as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Ask support for account deletion or applicable data rights. Some payment or security records may need to be retained. Essential local/session storage supports login and drafts. Third-party AI, email and payment processing follows the provider’s retention policies; we do not promise that those providers retain nothing.
