Terms of service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Service operator
CheckATS is operated by weishu yao, an individual based in China, under the soulboytools store. These terms govern your use of CheckATS. You can contact the operator at [email protected].
The service
CheckATS provides local ATS-style text checks, optional AI feedback and rewriting, PDF resume templates and saved job applications. Scores are estimates, not an employer ATS result. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or employment outcomes. Review all AI output and only include claims you can substantiate.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use an email you control and protect your login credentials. Upload only content you may lawfully use. Do not submit malicious instructions, attack the service, evade billing or infringe other people’s rights. We may restrict abusive access; payment disputes and refunds remain subject to applicable law and the refund policy.
Prohibited sexual and NSFW content
You must not upload, submit, request, generate, review, rewrite or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic or NSFW sexual content using CheckATS. This prohibition applies to both AI resume review and AI resume rewriting, including resume text, job descriptions, instructions and requested outputs. Sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors and non-consensual sexual content are strictly prohibited. CheckATS is intended for lawful professional resume and job-application work. We may refuse prohibited requests or restrict access for violations. Mandatory consumer rights and the refund policy remain applicable.
Plans and credits
Local ATS checks are free without login. Verified registration grants 50 credits once; manual daily check-in grants 10 credits. AI review costs 10 credits, rewriting costs 20 and includes a review. The $9.90 one-time pack provides 800 non-expiring credits, all 30 templates and up to 20 saved applications; PDF exports cost 10 credits per new document. Re-exporting an identical document is not charged again. An active $19.90 monthly pass provides 2,000 credits per paid period and unlimited PDF exports. Subscription credits expire at the paid period’s end and do not roll over; permanent credits remain. Subscription credits are spent first. Failed AI generation is not charged.
Billing, delivery and renewal
Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record and are subject to Creem’s Buyer Terms. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes may be added and the final amount is shown at checkout. Access is delivered digitally after our server verifies payment. The pass renews automatically each calendar month at the checkout price until cancelled; a month is not always 30 days. Cancel future renewal in the customer portal before the next renewal. Cancellation normally keeps access through the paid period. A full refund or payment reversal can revoke the related credits and access. See the refund policy.
Your content, privacy and support
You retain your rights in your resume and other submitted content. You permit processing needed to provide the features you request, as described in our privacy policy. The service may have interruptions and AI output may contain errors. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Contact [email protected] about problems or changes to these terms.
